Make Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced carrot and potato and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are lightly browned.
3. Add the cabbage and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked through and the rice is heated through.
6. Season with salt to taste.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
