Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked wheat flour
- 1 cup cooked edamame
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced courgette
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add carrots, courgette, mushrooms, and tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add cooked rice, wheat flour, edamame, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
