Make Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
-1 white onion, diced
-1 potato, peeled and diced
-1 green pepper, diced
-2 tablespoons oil
-1 cup peas
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and potato and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and the potato is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the green pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
