Make Vegetable Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Push the garlic and onion to one side of the pan, and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are slightly tender.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
6. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and vegetables. Mix everything together until well combined.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through.
9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
