Make Vegetable Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Push the garlic and onion to the side of the pan, and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space.
4. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix with the garlic and onion.
5. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until they are slightly tender.
6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
7. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice, and season with salt and pepper.
8. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
10. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
