Make Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons sunflower cooking oil
- 1 onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and the carrots are lightly browned.
3. Add the beans and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and lightly browned.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
