Make Vegetable Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the carrot and zucchini and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
