Make Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened.
3. Add the broccoli and carrots and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
6. Add the cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
