Vegetable Pulao
Ingredients:
-1 cup rice
-1/2 cup moong dal
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 carrot, diced
-1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
-1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped
-1/2 cup baby corn, chopped
-2 tablespoons flour
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the rice and moong dal. Toast for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the onion, garlic, salt, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, and baby corn. Stir to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the flour and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments. Enjoy!
