Vegetable Rice Bowl


-1 cup of cooked rice
-1 cup of diced vegetables (such as carrots, peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
-2 tablespoons of oil (canola, vegetable, or olive oil)
-1/2 cup of cooked meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork)
-2 tablespoons of chopped olives


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked meat and olives and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve warm.
