Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until the onion is softened and lightly browned.
3. Add the carrots and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the carrots are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
