Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the carrots and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the broccoli and zucchini and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the vegetables and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
