Make Vegetable Stir Fry

Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- 1 capsicum, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the diced capsicum, carrot, potato, and onion to the skillet and stir to combine.

3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.

4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

5. Serve the vegetable stir fry warm. Enjoy!
