Make Vegetable Stir-Fry

Recipe Name: Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (optional)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become fragrant and slightly softened.

3. Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, broccoli florets, snap peas, and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. You can adjust the cooking time depending on how crunchy or soft you prefer your vegetables.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and coats the vegetables.

6. Remove the skillet from heat and serve the vegetable stir-fry as a standalone dish or over cooked rice or noodles if desired.

7. Enjoy your delicious and healthy Vegetable Stir-Fry!
