Recipe Name: Vegetable Stir-Fry with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (vejce)
- 1 tsp black pepper (pepř)
- 2 cloves of garlic (česnek), minced
- 1 tomato (rajče), diced
- 1/2 tsp salt (sůl)
- 1 tsp mustard (hořčice)
- 1 cucumber (okurka), sliced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (hladká mouka)
- 2 tbsp butter (máslo)
- Cooked rice (rýže) or pasta (těstoviny)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with black pepper and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add diced tomatoes and sliced cucumber to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir well to coat.
5. Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables and stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and everything is well combined.
6. Add salt and mustard to the stir-fry and mix well.
7. Serve the vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice or pasta.
