Ingredients:
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 green squash, diced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and green squash to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the tomato sauce.
6. Fill each cannelloni tube with the vegetable mixture and place them in a baking dish.
