Make Vegetarian Fried Rice
Vegetarian Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fenugreek seed sprouts
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 block smoked tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the cubed tofu and smoked tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
3. Add the sesame seeds, asafoetida, paprika, and pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice, pasta, cabbage, tomatoes, and fenugreek seed sprouts to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and add the milk, cream, and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and white vinegar.
7. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
8. Serve the fried rice warm. Enjoy!
