Make Vegetarian Fried Rice

Vegetarian Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup peperoni, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the leek, celery, and carrot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the peperoni and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and spaghetti and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.

6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
