Vegetarian Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced sweet potatoes
- 1 cup diced peppers
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup peas

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the almond milk, beer, red wine, white wine, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cooked rice and peas. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
