Make Vegetarian Lasagna

Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients:

-1 box lasagna noodles
-1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
-1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
-1 cup ricotta cheese
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

3. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.

5. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

6. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles.

7. Top with a layer of spinach and a layer of marinara sauce.

8. Place another layer of noodles on top and repeat the layering process with the remaining cheese mixture, spinach, and marinara sauce.

9. Top with a layer of noodles and spread the remaining marinara sauce on top.

10. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

11. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

13. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
