Vegetarian Quinoa Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

-1 cup cooked rice
-1 cup cooked pasta
-1 cup cooked quinoa
-1 jar of tomato sauce
-1/2 cup crumbled feta
-1 cup cooked green beans
-1/2 cup oat milk
-1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, pasta, quinoa, tomato sauce, feta, and green beans.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat milk and mustard.

4. Pour the oat milk mixture over the rice and pasta mixture and stir to combine.

5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is hot.

7. Serve and enjoy!
