Make Vegetarian Rice Bowl

Vegetarian Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup soy mince
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the soy mince and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chickpeas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve warm in individual bowls. Enjoy!
