Make Vegetarian Teriyaki Lasagna
Vegetarian Teriyaki Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups flour with baking powder
- 1 cup semolina
- 2 tablespoons sesame
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons marvelous oil
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup mate
- 1 cup soy meat
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 sheets of dough lasagna
- 2 tablespoons aperol
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoons English sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1/4 cup beetroot, grated
- 1/4 cup purple onion, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, flour with baking powder, semolina, sesame, vinegar, marvelous oil, oats, mate, soy meat, quinoa, chickpeas, butter, celery, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, chives, spinach, red pepper, green pepper, and onion. Mix until well combined.
3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or oil.
4. Place one sheet of dough lasagna in the bottom of the dish.
5. Spread half of the rice and vegetable mixture over the dough.
6. Drizzle with aperol, English sauce, and sriracha.
7. Top with the second sheet of dough lasagna.
8. Spread the remaining rice and vegetable mixture over the top.
9. Sprinkle with diced avocado, grated beetroot, diced purple onion, and lemon juice.
10. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
11. Serve warm. Enjoy!
