Veggie Burger Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup oatmilk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup pickled green beans
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite spices
- 1 bun
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, oatmeal, oatmilk, onion, pickled green beans, cabbage, and spices. Mix until everything is well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties and place them on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through.
5. Toast the bun in a toaster or in the oven for a few minutes.
6. Assemble the veggie burger bowl by placing the patty on the toasted bun and topping with extra cabbage and pickled green beans. Enjoy!
