Veggie Burger Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground hamburger
-1/2 onion, diced
-1 cup broccoli, chopped
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-2 cups cooked white rice
-1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet, cook hamburger over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.

3. Add onion, broccoli, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
