Veggie Burgers with Cheese

Ingredients:

- 2 hamburgers
- 1/2 cup of boiled vegetables (such as carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese (any type)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the olive oil to the skillet and heat until shimmering.

3. Add the hamburgers to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Add the boiled vegetables to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the burgers and vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

6. Serve the burgers with the vegetables and cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
