Make Veggie Hummus Wraps

Recipe Name: Veggie Hummus Wraps

Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, and lettuce), thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1. Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.
2. Spread a generous amount of hummus on each wrap, leaving a border around the edges.
3. Divide the mixed vegetables evenly among the wraps, placing them in the center on top of the hummus.
4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables on each wrap.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. If desired, sprinkle some fresh herbs over the fillings for added flavor.
7. Fold in the sides of the wraps and then roll them up tightly, starting from the bottom edge.
8. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for a portable meal.
