Veggie Ramen Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 package of ramen

-1 potato, diced

-1 onion, diced

-2 cups of collard greens, chopped

-2 tablespoons of olive oil

-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the diced potatoes and onions and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the collard greens and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the ramen and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
