Veggie Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup cooked beans
- 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup cooked broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the cooked beans, chickpeas, and broccoli to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the veggie rice bowl warm. Enjoy!
