Veggie Salt and Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon veggie salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the bell peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the soy sauce, veggie salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked through.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
