- Tortilla wraps
- Rice
- Pasta
- Couscous
- Zucchini
- Tomato
- Cheese

- Milk
- Champignons (mushrooms)

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice, pasta, and couscous according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
3. In a skillet, sauté diced onions, chopped zucchini, sliced mushrooms, and grated carrots until softened.
4. Add diced tomatoes and cooked potatoes to the skillet and cook until heated through.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk to make a scrambled egg mixture.
6. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the vegetables and cook until the eggs are set.
7. Place a tortilla wrap on a flat surface and spoon some of the rice, pasta, and couscous mixture onto the center of the wrap.
8. Top with the vegetable and egg mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
9. Roll up the tortilla wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
10. Place the stuffed tortilla wraps on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are heated through.
