Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.
2. Spread a generous amount of hummus on each wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.
3. Sprinkle the shredded carrots evenly over the hummus on each wrap.
4. Place the sliced cucumbers on top of the carrots.
5. Add a handful of mixed salad greens on top of the cucumbers.
6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the greens.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Roll up each wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
9. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
