Vodka Beef and Egg Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta of your choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar of vodka sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 onion, diced

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

3. Add the vodka sauce, eggs, cheese, salt, garlic, pepper, and onion to the skillet. Stir to combine.

4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.

6. Serve the vodka beef and egg pasta warm. Enjoy!
