Vodka Beef and Egg Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 jar of vodka sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 of a small onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, onion, and pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the vodka sauce and bring to a simmer.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and cheese.
6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet.
7. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the pasta and stir to combine.
8. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
9. Serve the Vodka Beef and Egg Pasta hot and enjoy!
