Vodka Beef Pasta
Ingredients:
-1 lb. of pasta
-1 lb. of ground beef
-1 jar of vodka sauce
-2 eggs
-1 cup of shredded cheese
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon of pepper
-1 small onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned. Drain any excess fat.
4. Add the garlic, onion, and pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta, vodka sauce, and eggs to the skillet and stir until everything is combined.
6. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with the shredded cheese.
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve and enjoy!
