Vodka Beef Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 jar of vodka sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- ½ cup of diced onion

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

4. Add the vodka sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, salt, garlic, pepper, and onion.

6. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.

8. Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

9. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Serve and enjoy!
