Vodka Beef Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta of your choice
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 jar of vodka sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the vodka sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and cheese.
6. Add the egg and cheese mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the vodka beef pasta warm. Enjoy!
