Vodka Sauce Baked Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of vodka sauce
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the garlic, onion, and ground beef until the beef is cooked through.

4. Add the cooked pasta, rice, eggs, cheese, pepper, and vodka sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
