Make Walnut Cinnamon Biscotti

Recipe: Walnut Cinnamon Biscotti

Ingredients:
- 2 cups 00 flour
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, walnuts, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
5. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the logs are golden brown and firm to the touch.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
8. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
9. Using a sharp knife, slice the logs into 1-inch thick slices.
10. Place the slices back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the biscotti are crisp and golden.
11. Allow the biscotti to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
