Ingredients:
- 2 cups 00 flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until the yeast is activated and foamy.
2. Add the olive oil, salt, and cinnamon to the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
3. Gradually add the 00 flour to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
