Walnut Milk Sugar Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups walnut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the walnut milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
4. Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
