Whisky Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of whisky
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 cups of cooked noodles
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the whisky and stir to combine.
4. Add the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
