Make Wild Boar and Chicory Sandwich
Recipe: Wild Boar and Chicory Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 pound wild boar meat, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 head of chicory, washed and separated into leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Season the wild boar slices with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the wild boar slices to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
5. Place a few chicory leaves on two of the bread slices.
6. Top the chicory with the cooked wild boar slices.
7. Place the remaining bread slices on top to form sandwiches.
8. Serve the wild boar and chicory sandwiches hot and enjoy!
